FLOW
１.Reservation
Please make a reservation after read trough and agreed the Terms and Conditions.
You can also visit and test drive our vehicles. Please contact us using the e-mail form.
２.Departure
After completing the contract procedures and explaining the facilities at the office, the vehicle will be handed over to you.
Please note that if you miss your reserved time by more than 1 hour without notice, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee.
３.Enjoy your VANLIFE!
After completing the procedures, please have a safe trip.
If you find engine troubles, etc., road service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
４.Return
If you return the vehicle after the return time has passed or damage is found inside or outside the vehicle or equipment, you will be charged an additional fee.

- Liability insurance fee is included in the price.
- Additional charge will be charged by the time you return the van at office (credit card or e-money).
- Weekday rates/Weekend and holiday rates are calculated daily.
- An extension charge will be charged if you return the vehicle even 1 minute passed your scheduled return time.
- Please be sure to call us if you are going to be late; after 5:00 p.m., the vehicle will be returned the next day, and you will be charged a late fee until the next day’s return time.

- In the event of weather conditions or natural disasters that restrict travel on the scheduled date, the reservation may be rescheduled for another date. Fees will be in accordance with the basic rates for the date of substitution.
- If you do not wish to make up the date, it will be treated as a normal cancellation, and you will be charged the prescribed cancellation fee.
Insurance and Compensation (included in Basic Price)

If any of the following items apply, the full amount will be charged to the customer.
□Accidents not reported to the police (without proof of accident)
□Accident caused by a driver other than the one you reported at the time of contract
□Accidents caused by unlicensed drivers
□Accident caused by a driver under the influence of alcohol
□Unauthorized use of an extended rental period
□If the customer is found to be at responsibility in the use or management of the vehicle
□If you settle with the other party to the accident without permission
□In the event of any other violation of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
NOC(Non Operation Charge)
In the unlikely event of an accident, theft, breakdown, stain, damage to interior equipment, scorch marks on seats, etc., which are not the responsibility of the company and require the vehicle to be repaired or cleaned, the following amounts will be charged as operating compensation during such period, regardless of the extent of the damage.
